n 2002, I moved to the U.S., and by 2010, I finally earned my esthetics license, determined to build a career as my own boss. But I quickly realized that being a solo entrepreneur with a dream wasn’t enough. Without financial resources, I had to take another route—working in elite and medical spas, becoming a Spa Director and Lead Therapist.

How did I get there? Education. I committed to being the smartest esthetician in the room, putting in countless hours of research, training, and earning numerous certifications. Ironically, I became so overqualified that I found myself unemployed because I had outgrown the treatment floor. That led me to teaching, where I became a skincare instructor and later a program director—again, thanks to the same principle: Education.

Today, with the reduced training hours in beauty schools, it’s nearly impossible to graduate highly skilled estheticians ready to thrive in this industry. That’s why I made it my mission to share my knowledge—because I know firsthand how hard it is to start from zero in a competitive field without proper guidance.

With over 8 years as a business owner, earning six figures consistently for more than six years, holding over 70 certifications, and maintaining a loyal clientele of over 120 monthly skin and lash clients (just myself, not including my team), I know what it takes to build long-term success in this industry.
