My journey in the beauty industry began in 1998, laying a strong foundation for my passion and dedication.

I became a skincare therapist in 2010, further deepening my commitment to this field. My early experiences in the beauty industry shaped my understanding of client needs and the evolving trends that define our work today.

My career in esthetics began as an Esthetic Instructor at a beauty school in Jacksonville, where I had the privilege of shaping the next generation of skincare professionals. My dedication to education led me to operate an Associate of Science program, further solidifying my commitment to nurturing talent in this field.

Continuing to expand my horizons, I transitioned to teaching and directing elite beauty schools in Jacksonville, where I spearheaded the skincare program. My exceptional leadership and expertise eventually led me to take on the role of Program Director, a testament to my unwavering dedication to excellence.

In addition to my career in education, I provide support to spas and med spas across the USA and Puerto Rico, training and helping them maintain successful programs in their operations. This collaborative effort allows me to contribute to their growth and success.

I am also the visionary behind GR Facial Wax and Lash, which opened its doors in 2016. Here, I work tirelessly with clients, honing my craft and staying at the forefront of industry trends. This hands-on experience allows me to refine my techniques and enrich my teaching, providing students with invaluable insights from real-world practice.
