At GR Facial Wax & Lash, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you book an appointment, our team sets aside that time, prepares for your services, and may turn away other clients who would have otherwise booked that time.

We understand that life happens and plans can change. Our goal is not to penalize our clients, but to maintain a fair booking system that protects both our clients and our business.

Please read this policy carefully before booking. By scheduling an appointment with GR Facial Wax & Lash, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

Booking Requirements

To reserve an appointment, clients must have one of the following:

• A valid credit card on file, or

• A $50 non-refundable booking deposit.

We make every effort to avoid requiring deposits from every non-member client. Our preference is to operate based on trust, consideration, and mutual respect. When you trust us to reserve your appointment, we ask that you respect the time we have reserved for you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

24 Hours or More Notice

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will not be subject to a cancellation fee.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total value of the services booked.

No-Shows

Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without contacting us to cancel or reschedule will be considered a No-Show.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the total value of the services booked. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show balance may be required to be paid before another appointment can be scheduled.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to provide all of the services originally scheduled. Depending on the remaining appointment time, your services may need to be shortened, modified, rescheduled, or cancelled. Arriving late does not automatically exempt an appointment from the cancellation policy. If your appointment can no longer be accommodated because of your late arrival, applicable cancellation fees may apply.

Multiple Services

When multiple services are booked, your appointment time is reserved based on all services scheduled.

If you arrive for your appointment and decide that you no longer wish to receive one or more of the services you reserved, the cancelled services may still be subject to this policy. For example, if three services are booked and you decide on the day of your appointment to receive only one, the time reserved for the remaining two services may be charged according to the applicable cancellation terms.

Please book only the services you intend to receive.

Repeated No-Shows & Policy Violations

We value our relationship with our clients and understand that occasional emergencies and unexpected circumstances may occur. However, repeated no-shows, last-minute cancellations, declined cancellation charges, or failure to honor appointment commitments may result in restrictions on future bookings. If GR Facial Wax & Lash is unable to collect an applicable cancellation or no-show fee because a client does not have a valid credit card on file or an adequate deposit, we reserve the right to:

1. Restrict or suspend future booking privileges, or

2. Require future appointments to be prepaid in full before they can be scheduled.

Any outstanding balance may also be required to be paid before booking privileges are restored.

These measures are necessary to protect our appointment availability and allow us to serve all clients fairly.

Emergencies & Special Circumstances

We understand that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances can happen.

If an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Situations may be reviewed individually, and when appropriate, we will make every reasonable effort to work with you.

Please understand that an emergency does not automatically waive cancellation or no-show fees. Exceptions are determined at the discretion of GR Facial Wax & Lash.

Deposits

The $50 booking deposit is non-refundable.

When an appointment is kept as scheduled, the deposit may be applied toward the balance of the services provided. If an appointment is properly rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, the deposit may be transferred to the rescheduled appointment, subject to availability and GR Facial Wax & Lash's discretion. Late cancellations, no-shows, and repeated violations of this policy may result in the deposit being forfeited. If applicable cancellation or no-show fees exceed the amount of the deposit, the client may remain responsible for the remaining balance.

When you book with GR Facial Wax & Lash, we are making a commitment to you. We reserve your time, prepare for your visit, and plan our schedule around the appointments entrusted to us. In return, we ask for the same commitment and consideration from our clients.

This policy is about trust, respect, and fairness—not punishment.
