For best results, hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the size of a grain of rice). Avoid shaving for at least 2-3 weeks before your appointment. Also, refrain from sun exposure, tanning beds, or exfoliating 24-48 hours prior to your waxing session.

We use premium lash extensions from Korea and adhesivies from the UK, where the highest standards in lash products are set. These ensure the health of your natural lashes and long-lasting retention. We can do any style of lashes, Check our menu.

With proper care and regular touch-ups, lash extensions can last 4–6 weeks. Because natural lashes shed daily, clients typically lose 4–5 lashes each day, and a full lash cycle varies by individual usually 4–6 weeks.
To maintain a full, flawless look, we recommend touch-ups every 2–3 weeks. If you choose to skip touch-ups, it can take up to 6 weeks for the last extension to naturally fall out. Please do not attempt to remove lash extensions at home, as this can damage your natural lashes.

We recommend arriving with a bare face and no eye creams for your appointment. If you must wear makeup, don’t worry — we will gently remove everything before starting your service. Be sure to bring your makeup to touch up afterward if needed. Mascara can be removed for the service and won’t be necessary afterward.

Booking & Policies

Appointment Reservations: All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit or debit card on file. No charges will be made at the time of booking unless specified for certain services or promotions.
Confirmations: You will receive an appointment confirmation via email or text. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid missed communications.
Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
New Clients: New clients are required to complete an intake form upon arrival. To save time, we recommend completing this form online before your appointment.

Notice Period: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid charges.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Late Arrivals: Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a reduced service time or the need to reschedule, with applicable fees.
Exceptions and Emergencies We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Group Bookings: Group appointments require 48 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations.
Prepaid Services and Packages: These are non-refundable but may be rescheduled according to the policies above.
