Booking and Cancellation Policy

Welcome to GR Facial Wax and Lash. We value your time and are committed to providing the best service experience. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all clients, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to our booking and cancellation policies.

Booking Policy

  1. Appointment Reservations: All appointments must be reserved with a valid credit or debit card on file. No charges will be made at the time of booking unless specified for certain services or promotions.

  2. Confirmations: You will receive an appointment confirmation via email or text. Please ensure your contact details are accurate to avoid missed communications.

  3. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

  4. New Clients: New clients are required to complete an intake form upon arrival. To save time, we recommend completing this form online before your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This helps us accommodate other clients and respect our team's time.

48+ Hours Notice

No fees will be charged. Your deposit will be applied to your rescheduled service.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows

Clients who cancel on the day of their appointment or do not show up will be charged the full cost of the service and will no longer be eligible to rebook with us.

Double Booking

Please ensure you do not double-book appointments under your name. If multiple appointments are booked and not canceled properly, each may be charged accordingly.

Service Satisfaction

At GR, we do not offer refunds on services performed. If you're dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We're happy to offer a complimentary adjustment if appropriate.

Requests made after 7 days will be considered a new service and charged as such.

By booking with GR Facial Wax and Lash, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our cancellation and service policies.

Special Conditions

  • Group Bookings: Group appointments require 48 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations.

  • Prepaid Services and Packages: These are non-refundable but may be rescheduled according to the policies above.

  • Promotions and Discounts: Cancellations for services booked under special promotions will forfeit the promotional discount.

Exceptions and Emergencies

We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you cannot make your appointment, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
