Swedish Massage 60 Min
A Swedish massage is designed to relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles in long, gliding strokes along with other techniques including circular pressure applied by the hands and palms, firm kneading, light tapping, and more. But the benefits of Swedish massage go beyond relaxation. It can help increase the level of oxygen in the blood and improve circulation and flexibility.
Pregnancy Massage 60 Min
Nurture your body and your baby with our soothing Prenatal Massage, specially designed to support the unique needs of expectant mothers. Using gentle, tailored techniques and safe positioning, this therapeutic session helps alleviate common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, hip tension, swollen feet, and fatigue. Note: Please consult with your healthcare provider before booking, especially during the first trimester.
Deep Tissue Massage 60 Min
Similar to Swedish massage with slow, firm pressure to release muscle tension. Reaching below superficial muscles to the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia. If you are dealing with minor aches and pains, a deep tissue massage can improve circulation, increase range of motion, and ease inflammation to help alleviate those minor aches and pains
